Fight corruption.

No office, agency or title is above the law it is sworn to uphold.

Disclose wrongdoing.

Put the facts on the public record, document by document, and let the record speak.

Hold harm accountable.

Those who harm people or violate their constitutional rights must answer for it.

The Story

A decade-long fight to be heard.

Gustavo Escamilla

In 2015, federal agents identified Gustavo Escamilla’s company, Greenway Nutrients, as a victim in a federal criminal counterfeit investigation. What followed was more than ten years of fighting to have those rights recognized.

Without a law firm behind him, he has represented himself in federal court as a self-represented petitioner, studying the law, building the record and filing his own petitions under the Crime Victims’ Rights Act and the Mandatory Victims Restitution Act.

He credits every step to his faith in Father God. Today he speaks to audiences about overcoming adversity, knowing your rights, and refusing to stay silent when institutions fail the people they exist to protect.

“No matter your race, your faith, your station in life or the size of your bank account, you have a voice — and no institution on earth has the power to take it from you. Adversity will test you. It will isolate you. It will tell you that you are too small to be heard. Do not believe it. Through faith, through meditation, through prayer, you are never without tools. With Father God, the insurmountable becomes surmountable, the silenced become heard, and what the world calls undefeatable can — and will — be defeated.”
